Custom injection molding tools

We offer two injection molding tool options. A rapid prototyping tool is best suited for those who need smaller part quantities for prototyping or functionality testing and an on-demand, mass production tool is designed for those who require larger part quantities.

Rapid-Prototyping

Need production-caliber molded parts on a short timeline? Our rapid prototyping rush parts to you on a schedule that supports your testing and pre-production schedule. Parts can be delivered in as little as 14 days.

Mass Production

We have the capacity to produce 1 million plastic parts a month. Our in-house capabilities allow us to produce parts at very high efficiency, 24 hours shift available. Our operators are trained and qualified before allowing to operate on the line.
